In the good old days, women made their clothes or had them made specifically to fit their body.  In the 21st century, most of us do not make our own clothes, instead we wander through the retail jungle, trying to find clothes that fit and flatter us.  No wonder it gives us an adrenaline rush. It is a wonder that we look even half way decent.  

When I take people on a shopping trip we often shop with an end in mind.  We know that we need certain items to complete certain outfits, such as a new pair of shoes or a layering top.  Or we are shopping for an outfit for a special situation, such as a new job, a job interview, a wedding, an awards ceremony etc.

A guided shopping trip is also a great way to go and try on a whole lot of different styles of clothing and see how they fit.  It is a good time to see what styles are the most flattering and how to put together a great outfit.

A shopping trip can happen in the flesh in a local shopping centre or city centre, or it can be an online exploration.  This is particularly useful if you are hard to fit or need a bigger variety of item than is available locally. For example if you are a curvy petite and want jeans, or if you have a c or d width foot, or want a light pink full length winter coat.
